The Opportunity

Reporting daily to the main office in Delta BC the Head Installer is responsible for running the installation crew and works with them on the installation/replacement of PVC windows and doors at residential worksites. Under the leadership of the Installation Manager the successful candidate will have a proven background leading a team and managing people in a fastpaced construction environment.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 3 year(s) of experience preferred
• Physically capable of safely lifting carrying and pushing 5075 lbs
• Proven ability to analyze problems and prioritize work
• Capable of using hand and power tools as required
• Required to be punctual and reliable
• Must be comfortable working on ladders and planks
• Valid drivers license and vehicle
• Must reside in Greater Vancouver
• Complete fluency in the English language; both written and verbal

• Planning and supervision of installation process from final measurements through installation
• Delegation and organization of Installation Crew on site
• Ensure health & safety compliance standards are met by all team members on site
• Oversee and participate in site clean up process
• Maintain Client satisfaction ensuring quality of work and timeline expectations are met
