Requirements:
12 years of experience in customer service live chat support or a related field
Excellent communication problemsolving and typing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in live chat software and technology
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
