Role: Customer Service Specialist
Setup: Onsite Pasay City
Schedule: Mon to Sat (6 days a week); Dayshift/Midshift
Salary: up to 98k
Experience: Fluent in English and Mandarin (can speak read and write) language
12 years of mature customer service experience strong sports betting knowledge understanding of esports and lottery related matters experience in sports betting is preferred.
Job Description:
1. Be familiar with customer service workflow guide and supervise the daily customer service work of outsourced customer service.
2. Regularly organize outsourcing customer service business knowledge explanations according to the training plan within the department.
3. Inspect the responses of outsourced customer service online and assist outsourced customer service in solving difficult problems through online and offline groups.
4. Assist outsourced customer service to flexibly use words to appease and solve customer problems and gain user satisfaction and recognition in the process.
5. Be able to face problems and customers with a better attitude and have better emotional intelligence and emotions to solve customer problems.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
1. 12 years of mature customer service experience strong sports betting knowledge understanding of esports and lottery related matters experience in sports betting is preferred.
2. Have excellent professional abilities and professional qualities be able to use basic office software type 50 words/minute and have strong execution ability.
3. Have strong communication skills organization and coordination skills and problemsolving skills and be able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure.
4. Good spoken and written Chinese.
