The Presentation Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and effective presentations for the New Business team that communicate information ideas and concepts to multiple audiences. This role combines graphic design expertise with a strong understanding of storytelling and communication principles to deliver compelling presentations that engage inform and persuade
Responsibilities:
Presentation Design:
Collaborate with New Biz stakeholders including executives marketing teams and subject matter experts to understand presentation objectives and content.
Conceptualize and design visually stunning presentations using a variety of tools and software such as Microsoft PowerPoint and the Adobe Suite.
Ensure consistent branding and visual identity across all presentation materials.
Content Integration:
Organize and structure content in a logical and easily digestible format.
Incorporate multimedia elements including images videos charts and graphs to enhance the presentations impact.
Edit and refine content for clarity and conciseness.
Visual Elements:
Create/adapt custom graphics icons and illustrations to support key points and enhance the overall visual appeal.
Choose appropriate fonts color schemes and layout styles to ensure readability and aesthetic appeal.
Animation and Interactivity:
Implement animations and transitions to engage the audience and emphasize key messages. Develop interactive elements such as clickable prototypes or hyperlinked navigation for PDFs and/or userfriendly presentations.
Quality Assurance:
Review presentations to minimize errors and inconsistencies.
Able to edit/amend multiple rounds of reviews.
Audience Adaptation:
Customize presentations and Masters to the specific needs and preferences of the target audience.
Adjust design elements tone and style to match the context of the presentation to New Business.
Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with project managers to align design with messaging and goals. Be open to feedback and iterate on designs as necessary.
Keeping Up with Trends:
Stay current with design trends software updates and best practices in presentation design.
