Main Duties:
- Act as the main point of contact for all enquiries and requests relating or submitted to the Department
- Manage and address communication received by the Department and following it up
- Maintain organize modify and update files records and systems used by the Department
- Liaise with both external and internal stakeholders on behalf of the Department
- Fill in policy forms and other documents as required
- Support the department and perform any other day to day administrative work as required
What skills do you need
- Ordinary level of education
- ECDL Qualification will be an asset
- Experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
