Content Moderator - Ukrainian - Lisbon

Position: Content Moderator

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Employment type: Fulltime

Schedule: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on
a rotational shift pattern 24/7.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Screens usergenerated content for online platforms including text images video and more;
• Reviewing content (videos image text and audio) in accordance with the processes and policies;
• Able to provide services on a 24/7 shift rotation;
• Social media moderators are responsible for monitoring and managing social
  media accounts.
• Social media moderators must have an eye for detail and strong communication skills.
• Content moderators review usergenerated content to remove offensive inappropriate and harmful content before it reaches people online. They follow predefined sets of rules that platforms set to protect their users and maintain their reputation and legal compliance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent level of Ukrainian C1C2 English both oral and written
• The ability to thrive in a dynamic teamfocused and structured environment
