Order Fulfillment Specialist

We are seeking a proactive individual to join our clients team as an Order Fulfillment Specialist. In this role you will serve as the primary point of contact between their internal team and valued customers ensuring seamless order processing and exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders efficiently via phone and JD Edwards E1 system.
• Provide accurate information regarding product availability pricing and order status.
• Coordinate shipping logistics to ensure timely delivery using E1 system.
• Anticipate and resolve potential order issues proactively with the team.
• Handle challenges with professionalism ensuring positive customer experiences.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key customer contacts to foster longterm partnerships.
• Collaborate crossfunctionally with Sales Credit Research & Development Scheduling and Traffic teams to resolve product or servicerelated issues.
• Maintain accuracy of customer master files in E1 system to meet service requirements.
• Demonstrate expertise in sales operations including taxes margins volume and delivery logistics.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to achieving performance goals.
• Pursue continuous learning and development through training programs.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning systems such as JD Edwards Oracle or SAP is preferred.
• Fluency in French or Spanish is a plus.
