Job Description

The Anytime Fitness System Support and Resource Specialist is a key member of the Learning and Development team. This role is responsible for administering the Learning Management System (LMS) and other technology systems used within the organization such as AF Academy AF Dashboard and AF Coaching tools including the Smart Coaching Ecosystem (AF App / Coaching Dashboard). The specialist will collaborate with the Learning & Development Head and the Support Team to ensure effective technology management and support. Additionally the role involves designing and developing curriculum programs learning materials and digital content.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Education or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in administering LMS and other educational technology platforms.
  • Experience with digital content creation tools video editing software and graphic design applications.
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 23 years in a similar role preferably within the fitness or education industry.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
  • Detailoriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of work.
  • Other Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of webbased training platforms and AF systems is preferred.
  • A proactive approach to continuous learning and improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities

System Management:

  • Manage LMS user accounts including adding deleting and modifying user information.
  • Update system users and manage staff movements within the LMS.
  • Provide system support and ensure regular backups.
  • Customize LMS accounts and settings to meet organizational needs.
  • Create and modify content and courses within the LMS.

Technical Support:

  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to users.
  • Serve as a webinar/training marshal ensuring smooth execution of virtual events.
  • Post notifications and training schedules for Learning & Development and Support teams.
  • Assist in facilitating and administering training sessions and seminars.

Content Development:

  • Design and develop curriculum learning programs and instructional materials following design standards.
  • Create digital content including video tutorials graphics and other educational resources.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce highquality learning materials.

Reporting:

  • Generate LMS progress reports for Corporate Clubs and Franchise Partners.
  • Compile requested reports such as NPS and Training Feedback results.
  • Update and post leaderboard standings and other system/app progress reports.
  • Maintenance:
  • Conduct LMS user and system maintenance.
  • Ensure data security and perform regular security checks.
  • Maintain regular LMS backups.

Other Projects and Initiatives:

  • Identify and implement LMS and system improvements.
  • Participate in training and facilitation.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders and other departments.
  • Lead LMS and systems awareness campaigns.
  • Engage with the learning and development systems to enhance user experience.

Work Environment: This position may involve a combination of remote and onsite work depending on organizational needs.

Team Collaboration: Close coordination with the Learning & Development Head Support Team and Regional Resource and Development Manager to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.

Additional Responsibilities: May include participation in special projects and initiatives as directed by management.
