Greater Talent Group has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Development Representative Hybrid Austin TX Location Only to join a dynamic and driven team at a Series A Insurtech company.

What you'll do:
  • Lead Outreach: Be the driving force behind our growth by proactively connecting with potential clients introducing them to our innovative services and uncovering exciting new opportunities.
  • Meeting Scheduling: Master the art of coordination by seamlessly scheduling meetings with promising leads ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved.
  • Pipeline Management: Take command of our CRM system meticulously tracking status changes key customer insights and meeting notes to ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
What you'll need:
  • 12 years experience in sales or sales support preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication with the ability to engage effectively in person over the phone and via email with diverse contacts.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong work ethic with a track record of diligently managing and maintaining a customer pipeline showing persistence dedication and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Technical Proficiency in email Microsoft Excel and CRM tools with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
  • Ability to work well with team members fostering a positive and cooperative team environment.
  • Thrives in a fastpaced dynamic work environment demonstrating flexibility and resilience in adapting to changing priorities.
  • Industry knowledge preferred. Basic understanding of the property & casualty insurance industry is advantageous but not essential.
