Shipping Dock Worker

• Load and unload shipments from trucks.
• Verify incoming and outgoing products for accuracy.
• Sort label and store items in the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Assist in inventory control and management.
• Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a shipping/dock worker or similar role preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification).
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory purposes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety procedures in a warehouse setting.
