Job Description
Experience applying quality improvement methods such as Lean Six Sigma or Total Quality Management (TQM).
Ability to analyze data and use statistical tools to evaluate performance and identify opportunities to improve operations.
Strong skills in technical reporting and analysis.
Ability to implement and monitor policies and procedures related to quality assurance.
Effective communication skills and the ability to deal with different work teams.
Ability to coach and mentor other teams in areas of quality improvement.
