Your role

As our next Senior UX/UI Designer you are responsible for designing interactive web and mobile interfaces. Your mission will be to bring our clients products to the next level by improving the user experience on all channels: web iOS and Android and many more.

• Youll partner with our design team to create compelling visual and interactive designs for digital applications
• You will take full ownership of the concept and creation of wireframes prototypes visual design style guides design libraries as well as design systems
• As an experienced designer you will help set the tone for our design team and also present and defend your decisions both to the client and to other stakeholders
• You will take the leading role in transforming brands for the digitaldriven future including concepts and creation of design direction & visual designs prototypes style guides and design systems.
• You will be working closely together with an experienced crossfunctional team in challenging projects that make an impact
• Youll help junior designers in their development and bring design knowledge to the team

Your profile

• Several years of experience in creating largescale mobile and web applications HCI/MMI and industry applications is a plus
• Proven experience leading UX/UI on projects with an exceptional portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions
• A strong foundation in typography composition visual systems interaction design visual design atomic design and design processes
• You are well known for ruthlessly prioritizing and executing as you are comfortable optimizing for speed and knowing when we should sweat the details vs what can fix forward
• You manage to release your emotions from the design and listen to user feedback
• Expert level in design and prototyping tools like Figma and other
• Nice to have: frontenddevelopment skills as well as fundamental understanding of user research and usability testing
• You have a meticulous qualityfocussed working style
• Motivation and passion for constantly learning new things and challenging the statusquo
• You have an online portfolio or PDF that you can share with us. Applications without a portfolio are unlikely to be considered
• You feel comfortable speaking German & English.
