Job Description

As the Head of Creative Operations you will oversee and optimize the structure and processes within our creative team ensuring seamless capacity planning and operational workflow management. You will focus on establishing efficient processes managing resources and planning capacity to handle various projects. As Head of Creative Operations youll lead and enhance our strategies guiding the Creative Department. Your leadership will foster a cohesive efficient team producing exceptional work to meet clients needs and drive growth.

Direct reporting line to Chief Operating Officer.

Tasks

  • Leading the Creative Services Team Leads at Clariness.
  • Coordinating the creative workflow ensuring all teams deliver quality work on time and in compliance with established standards.
  • Developing executing and driving business strategy for Creative Services product to success.
  • Budgeting for the Creative Services group including responsibility to achieve revenue goals.
  • Organizational Structure: Define and maintain an efficient and scalable organizational structure to streamline workflow and communication.
  • Strategic Planning: Lead strategic planning efforts to align operations with Charinesss goals and client needs through OKRs.
  • Capacity Management: Manage resources effectively to meet current and future demands ensuring the right balance of human and technical resources.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external vendors ensuring quality service delivery within budget and on time.
  • Process Improvement: Develop implement and refine processes to enhance efficiency and productivity across the agency.
  • System Implementation and Optimization: Lead the implementation of new systems and technology solutions to improve operational efficiency. Drive the future increase in system use and specification to meet evolving business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Communications or a related field. A Masters degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • A minimum of 35 years of experience in creative operations project management or a related field with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing and leading crossfunctional creative teams including designers project managers and copywriters.
  • Extensive experience in developing and executing business strategies within a creative services environment.
  • Strong background in budget management and achieving revenue goals.
  • Demonstrated experience in capacity management resource allocation and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in vendor management and establishing efficient vendor relationships.
  • Solid understanding of working in highly regulated fields ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive work attitude in a flexible and fastchanging environment.
  • Excellent English skills are a must.
  • Any additional language skill (e.g. German) is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
