Tasks

• Generate new assets and design components according to the design system guidelines for integration into existing projects
• Work on refining specific UI elements such as buttons icons or color schemes based on established design guidelines and feedback
• Contribute to the upkeep of the design system and asset management ensuring that its uptodate organized and easily accessible for the design team
• Conceptualize and define features user stories and benchmarks through rapid wireframing and highfidelity prototyping
• Create delightful and intuitive user experiences that resonate with our users
• Develop user interface designs from concept to final handoff ensuring a visually appealing intuitive and functional user experience
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams including UX designers developers and product managers to translate wireframes and prototypes into wellexecuted designs.

Requirements

• Completed studies in communication media or interaction design or a comparable qualification
• Strong understanding of design principles including typography color theory and layout design
• Ability to create responsive designs for various devices
• Knowledge of user interface design best practices and trends
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new design technologies and methodologies
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
• Have a genuine love for design that reflects in your work coupled with a collaborative team spirit
• Strong communication skills in English with proficiency in German considered a bonus
• Familiarity with Agile software development (e.g. Jira) and Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for web development would be nice to have
• A reliable independent way of working team spirit and analytical thinking complete your profile.
