Senior Quality Improvement Specialist

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Professional certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) are preferred.

Knowledge of quality tools: Deep understanding of the foundations and principles of Total Quality Management (TQM), and quality analysis tools such as DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) and Lean Six Sigma.

Analytical skills: The ability to analyze data and information to identify problems and develop appropriate solutions to improve operations and quality.
