Requirements:

• Minimum 1 3 years and above of experience in a similar position at 4/5 star hotel/resort.
• Able to speak in English.
• Adhere to specific scheduled work hours yet be flexible if circumstances require it.
• Work with international team members.
• Malaysian ONLY.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Conversant with the Fidelio System PABAX LTS Console Cruise SPMS Administration Documents Return Program Currency Exchange FDMD and Global Payments and all other operating equipment in the Reception area.
2. Responsible for warm hospitable and efficient service to all guests.
3. Conversant with accommodation cabin availability and facilities onboard the vessel.
4. Handle guest comments queries and complaints in the most professional manner possible.
5. Conversant and adherent to all company policies and procedures.
6. Ensure flawless operation of the pipedin music as well as the incabin movie system and change of video tapes at specified times on a daily basis.
7. Handle cashiering task.
8. Handle all foreign currency conversions for guests in accordance with foreign currency policies and procedures.
9. Is responsible for precise update of guest information in the Fidelio Computer System in preparation of settlement of accounts prior to ships arrival.
10. Is responsible for the receipt and banking of all kinds of currencies.
11. Is responsible for checking the Daily Operational Checklist of the Front Desk.
12. Is responsible for cabin upselling task onboard to gain revenue for the Front Office section.
13. Is responsible for checking the Cabin Occupancy on a daily basis.
14. Conversant with the Night Auditing and Micros System resetting function.
