Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in information Technology or related field or applicable work and education experience required.

Excellent written & verbal communication and problemsolving skills
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Proven expertise in data migration from Legacy CRM systems and other thirdparty platforms
Experienced in developing reports using SSRS (Microsoft Reporting Services)
Working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and JavaScript
Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel Visio PowerPoint)
Minimum of 5 years of experience required which includes:
o Microsoft CRM experience
o Database Management
o Information Systems Architecture
o Programming Software Applications and Workflow
o Development of:
Modeldriven applications
Power Automate Flows
Solutions that integrate with Microsoft Outlook as well as other Microsoft Office products
EndUser Support on Dynamics CRM
Experience working on multiple implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules
Exposure to and experience with PowerApps is preferred
