Job Overview

As a Mechanical Engineer Intern at ZeroX you will be immersed in cuttingedge research and development activities within our lab at Petronas University. You will gain handson experience in running tests feedstock analysis assembly and reporting all while preparing for an advanced educational journey in Germany. This role is ideal for individuals with a keen interest in mechanical engineering sustainable technologies and a desire to learn German.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lab Testing:

    • Conduct and oversee various tests within the lab to support our wastetohydrogen projects.
    • Ensure accurate data collection and analysis to drive project success.
  • Feedstock Testing:

    • Perform detailed feedstock testing to evaluate and optimize material performance.
    • Collaborate with the team to interpret results and recommend improvements.
  • Assembly & Fabrication:

    • Assist in the assembly and fabrication of prototypes and testing apparatus.
    • Apply handson skills to build and refine experimental setups.
  • Reporting & Documentation:

    • Prepare comprehensive reports on test findings and project progress.
    • Maintain meticulous documentation for research and development activities.
  • Learning & Development:

    • Engage in continuous learning opportunities including language training in German.
    • Prepare for a Masters Degree program at a leading university in Germany.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sustainable technologies and wastetohydrogen solutions.
  • Handson talent and practical skills in assembly and fabrication.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn German and pursue advanced studies in Germany.
