Job Description
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage and coordinate activities of operational teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Optimize resource allocation and utilization.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and operational KPIs.
- Liaise with clients to address operational concerns and maintain satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve operational issues and conflicts as they arise.
- Provide input for strategic planning and goalsetting.
Requirements
Minimum diploma in Logistic and supply chain management
3 years of experience in operations management ideally within the telecommunications or networking industry.
Strong leadership and team management abilities to oversee operational teams effectively.
Excellent analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
Effective communication skills for liaising with teams clients and stakeholders.
