Job Description

  • Perform daily operations of Trade Matching Settlements and Post settlements Corporate Actions. Ability to prioritize as necessary
  • Able to perform Portfolio (Cash and Position) Reconciliations on a daily basis
  • The candidate is also expected to contribute in the development and enhancement of the teams systems and processes to ensure continual efficiency gains and process improvements
  • Assist Portfolio Operations Lead in ensuring the associates understand process updates
  • Specialists should be able to regularly collaborate with Portfolio Operations Lead about process changes that may be of help to improve the efficiency of the group.



Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s/College Degree in Financial Management Economics Accounting or other related business course
  • 3 to 5 years experience from a multinational company or a banking related work would be an advantage
  • Organized with excellent multitasking skills and able to prioritize activities effectively
  • Possess intermediate to advance knowledge regarding of investment transactions Trade lifecycle various asset classes Reconciliations
  • The ideal candidate should have an understanding of financial products including global equities futures swaps options FX OTC derivatives and fixed income
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Can work with minimal supervision and deliver high quality output
  • Must be highly o Must be proactive motivated detailoriented and a team player with the understanding of how to work with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and metrics
  • Computer and internet proficient
