Job Description

This is a remote position.

Are you passionate about the world of staffing and recruiting Are you looking to gain handson experience and learn from industry professionals Comprehensive Staffing Solutions of Georgia is seeking a motivated Sourcing Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers the opportunity to earn college credits while gaining invaluable experience in the staffing and recruiting industry.

  • Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates using various channels such as job boards social media and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for improving sourcing strategies.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the recruitment process.


  • Requirements

    • Currently enrolled in a college or university program preferably in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
    • Strong interest in staffing and recruiting.
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
    • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
