My client who is a very progressive supermarket group operating as one of Irelands topperforming brands is now hiring to fill a Store Manager job in Limerick. A very successful operation with a strong team of around 8090 people in the store trained to a high standards and delivering on company brand values. This is an exciting opportunity to join the group in a time of growth and investment. This is a forwardthinking retail operation modern run shops and embracing changes in the industry and empowers the managers to run their own stores and departments.

Our client is offering upwards of 65000 DOE. Company car and pension.

Responsibilities for this Supermarket Store Manager Job:

• Main person in charge of the store responsible for the well being and performance of colleagues
  
• Ensure store standards across the shop are maintained across all areas such as fresh foods store area shop floor and customer service
  
• Maximising the profitability and working with your team suppliers and regional support to increase sales through product innovation
  
• Working with the HR department addressing issues in store ensuring the store is up to date in regards to employment legislations
  

Requirements for this Supermarket Store Manager Job:

• Proven ability in managing a diverse retail offering within a grocery retail environment mainly areas like Fruit & Veg Deli Bakery and Butchers shop floor
  
• Excellent organisation skills are required with the ability to lead and motivate a team under them experience delegating and demanding results from staff and your management team to achieve overall success.
  
• Good working knowledge of Labour Law Health and safety regulations HACCP and Consumer Law.
