As a Data Centre Lead you will be responsible for managing the physical components of a data center including floor space air conditioning power and installations.
Your typical day will involve managing vendors and vendor components overseeing 24/7 services such as batch management and system event monitoring and managing data center operators.

Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the management of physical components of a data center including floor space air conditioning power and installations.
Manage vendors and vendor components ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standards.
Oversee 24/7 services such as batch management and system event monitoring ensuring that all systems are running smoothly.
Manage data center operators ensuring that they are trained and equipped to deliver the highest levels of service.
Ensure that all data center operations are compliant with relevant regulations and standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Experience in Vmware Virtualization Administration.

Good To Have Skills: Experience in Cloud technologies.
Strong understanding of data center operations and management.
Experience in managing vendors and vendor components.
Experience in managing 24/7 services such as batch management and system event monitoring.

Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Vmware Virtualization Administration.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science information technology or a related field along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data center solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in ServiceNow development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow certifications. - Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices. - Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
