Product Configuration Engineer - Hybrid - BGC - Up To 75K

We are looking for a Configuration expert to help us configure and maintain functional requirements for our Work Management and Asset Lifecycle Management solution that powers our content creation business.

The responsibilities include applying product configuration updates managing changes from dev staging and production and helping to triage production issues if 1st line are unable to resolve issues as well supporting other teams in their knowledge of these core applications.

• Configuring Work Management and ALM solution including updates and fixes utilising Dev Test and Production environments.
• Ensuring data required for the Product development plan and client rollout is implemented correctly.
• Assist in root cause analysis for production errors
• Investigate and resolve technical issues
• Work in partnership with our development teams to build out automation to expedite manual configurations.
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Providing Level 2 technical support

Requirements

• Work experience as a Configuration/Customisation Engineer or similar software engineering role
• Proven experience with Wrike Adobe Workfront Atlassian JIRA or similar
• Working knowledge of databases and SQL
• General understanding of technical solutions data and architecture
• Experience working and communicating with both business users and technology teams
• Experience of working with Agile processes
• Demonstrable problemsolving skills
• Detail orientated
• Able to prioritise and manage own time within a fastpaced environment
• Able to work independently
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Adapts well to change

Salary is up to 75K
