Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Executive located in Amman. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting our products and services, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also provide excellent customer service, handle customer inquiries, and resolve any issues or complaints.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target sales leads.
  • Build relationships with vendors.
  • Schedule and confirm consultation appointments.
  • Set and exceed revenue and sales targets.
  • Use appropriate interpersonal skills and communication methods to gain acceptance of products and services.
  • Overcome obstacles that prevent sales.
  • Follow the company sales lead management process.
  • Identify opportunities and act to build relationships between individuals, teams, department units, or organizations to help achieve business goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of successful sales experience.
  • Proven experience in sales and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in E-Commerce, Saas sales or services selling experience is preferred.
  • Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling Prospects.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Experience with computers and software applications including MS Office suite's.
  • Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Must maintain a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A rapid learner with the ability to grasp concepts and protocols.
  • Candidates should have a valid driving license and a personal car to use - A MUST.
