Job Summary:

👨‍💻 Network Management of the Telecommunications and Infrastructure team, an area belonging to the On premise and Cloud continuity sub-management.

Main Challenges of the Position:

🔍 Analyze and resolve incidents and problems, looking for effective solutions.
📝 Analyze and resolve problems of requirements made by clients or projects.
📞 Coordinate and escalate external support when necessary.
🛠 Interact and advise in the definition of existing architectures and technologies in the company.
🌐 Implement the technological infrastructure necessary for the projects.
📈 Promote the continuous improvement of applications, services and operational continuity.
🚀 Deliver a constantly improving service, achieving a broader vision of solutions to problems or requirements.
🛡 Ensure that the solutions to be implemented are within the technological frameworks defined by the company.
📝 Generate technical procedures to be executed by the Level 1 operational continuity team, improving first-line resolution.
💡 Recommend, plan and implement improvements or new practices on Telecommunications.
🔍 Search, analyze and propose new technological solutions.
Requirements:

🎓 Professional Degree in Computer Engineering or Engineering with a mention in Computer Science or Networks.
🛠 5 years of experience as a communications equipment administrator (Core, Routers, Switches and Access Points).
🔒 Experience with Fortinet Firewall and SD-WAN implementation.
🛡 Knowledge of security for communications equipment.
🖥 Knowledge of hardware and network architecture.
📞 Knowledge of IP Telephone Exchanges.
💼 Knowledge of office automation tools.

🏢 Central Office, Rancagua
🕣 Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 18:00
