You will be mainly accountable for:
- Contributing and supporting tailored employer branding strategies to position ABB as employer of choice in Switzerland
- Guiding a variety of projects including ownership and stakeholder communication
- Acting as point of contact for external providers and partnership contracts
- Content creation and campaigning from target audiences reaching from Early Talents to Professionals
