Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our dynamic team at a leading manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role is pivotal in ensuring our customer service team operates efficiently and effectively contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives providing guidance support and training to ensure high performance.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complex and escalated inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop implement and maintain customer service policies procedures and standards to enhance the customer experience.
  • Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate team performance providing constructive feedback and conducting regular performance reviews.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve customer service processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as sales production and logistics to ensure seamless communication and coordination in addressing customer needs.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance customer feedback and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a customer service environment preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities with a focus on fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
  • ProblemSolving: Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to handle complex and escalated customer issues.
