Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives providing guidance support and training to ensure high performance.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complex and escalated inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.

- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as sales production and logistics to ensure seamless communication and coordination in addressing customer needs.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance customer feedback and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
