Position: Media Buyer Work hours: Flexible (but must be available during meetings with the Director of Marketing & IT head) Pay Range: $1200 $1400/month
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement media buying strategies across multiple platforms including digital broadcast and print.
Negotiate with media sales companies to secure costeffective ad placements.
Analyze the effectiveness of media campaigns and optimize based on performance data.
Monitor media for pacing delivery placement and flight dates.
Stay updated with media trends consumer behavior analytics and relevant media research.
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with the promotional strategy and company goals.
Manage budgets and ensure costeffective allocation of resources.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Media Buyer; with a minimum of 3 years in the field.
Agency background preferred.
Strong understanding of media planning buying and negotiation techniques.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and platforms.
Analytical mindset with excellent quantitative skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Advertising or related field.
