Job Description

This is a remote position.

Number in brackets represents the level of complexity on the scale of 1 to 5 and then systems currently in use to perform these tasks.

Daily Email & calendar management (1) gmail account (calendar and emails)
  • Managing email correspondence action delegate or file
  • Schedule and reschedule clients and team meetings
Weekly Checks and prompts to team members to complete (2) Excel Canva SM
  • Team members update posts on personal and business social media pages
  • Attendance and lesson summary emails
  • Birthday cards to students
Monthly Coordination of content delivery for monthly newsletters (2) Drip

Daily Client comms coordination (3)
  • Manage client enquiries
Monthly Events (3) Canva Social media
  • Updating Canva templates with provided info
  • Posting the events announces on social media
  • Sending calendar invitations
  • Sending email reminders
Weekly Enrollments (4) DocuSign Word Adobe
  • Send enrollment forms
  • Create and send welcome packs
Daily Lead management (4) HubSpot CRM
  • Daily check of status and prompts to team members
Weekly Business partner management (3)
  • Manage communication and ensure information exchange
  • 3 times a year Management of Student deliverables video editing skills would be a bonus
  • Ensure students provide the files are requested by the deadline
  • If not coordinate with students the delivery.


Requirements

SKILLS:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and timemanagement skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant Executive Assistant or similar role.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience in project management.
Experience in education industry highly regarded
