Recruiter - Talent Sourcer

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Talent Sourcer to join our dynamic team in Trichy Thillai Nagar. As a Talent Sourcer you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top talent for our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively source candidates using various channels and strategies. Responsibilities:

Utilize sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates including online sourcing networking and coldcalling.

Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine suitability for open positions.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.

Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements.

Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar role.

Proven track record of successfully sourcing and engaging candidates.

Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean search).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
