Investment Banker Sell Side

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with Banks NBFCs Real Estate Debt/Equity Funds Investors etc. for successful fundraising.
  

• Take charge of deals postorigination by the buyside team. This includes business selection IM preparation structuring pitches lender lists obtaining term sheets/sanctions and closing deals between borrowers and lenders.
  

• Lead and manage teams maintaining high motivation and performance standards.
  

• Build a strong knowledge base on sector trends opportunities industry views comparative deal analysis
  

Requirements

• We are looking for 13 years of relevant experience with Banks NBFCs RE AIF or Investment Banks of repute.
  

• Should be a qualified Chartered Accountant (1st attempt only).
  

• Knowledge of real estate wholesale lending business and the ability to understand risk pitch transactions and close deals.
  

• Demonstrated leadership skills maturity selfstarter attitude ability to create relationships and a strong intent to learn and evolve.
