Managing recruitment processes including resume screening scheduling interviews and conducting background checks
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications experience and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Manage candidate communications and provide timely feedback.
Responding to HRrelated queries within the company.
Assist with onboarding new hires ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and human resources.
Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases

Requirements
- Masters/Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in an HR role or administrative support position.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Detailoriented and able to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in HRMATS software and Microsoft Office suite.
