Job Description

  • Managing recruitment processes including resume screening scheduling interviews and conducting background checks
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications experience and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate communications and provide timely feedback.
  • Responding to HRrelated queries within the company.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and human resources.
  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
  • Maintaining employee confidentiality.



  • Requirements

    • Masters/Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
    • 13 years of experience in an HR role or administrative support position.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
    • Detailoriented and able to prioritize tasks.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in HRMATS software and Microsoft Office suite.
