Assistant Quantity Surveyor East London 35000 Plus
My Client is a specialist subcontractor and leaders in the Facade Industry now require a Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team. You will be required to work across multiple projects valued up to 5 Million.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing final accounts
Pricing variations
Produce detailed valuations
Carry out site measurements
Skills & Experience:
Knowledge of pricing variations
Roofing knowledge (Advantage)
Commercially aware
Ability to manage valuation dates
