Job Description

Lionsgate Contractors are currently looking for an experienced Foreman / Site Manager to start on a permanent basis with a valued client based in the Worcestershire area.

Successful candidates Must:
  • Site Manager qualification SSSTS SMSTS First Aid preferred.
  • Background with Carpentry.
  • Happy with travelling to various sites and working away when needed.
  • Located in: Evesham Pershore Tewkesbury Gloucester Malvern or Worcester due to the location of the sites.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and lead a team of trades on various construction projects.
  • Ensure all work meets highquality standards and project specifications
  • Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure smooth workflow
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure safety regulations are followed
  • Assist with handson carpentry work as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a carpenter with supervisory or foreman experience
  • Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques tools and materials
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
