Senior IT Support Engineer

We are looking for a Level 2/3 Senior IT Support Engineer. The ideal candidate will:

• Have advanced networking skills (switches routers IP DHCP DNS VPNs).
  
• Be proficient in client operating systems (Windows 7 8 10 11) and server operating systems (SBSServer).
  
• Know how to disinfect devices from viruses/malware and perform backups/restorations.
  
• Be skilled in troubleshooting system application and network issues.
  
• Understand cloud services (Office 365 Google Suite Azure) and VoIP solutions.
  

Duties Include:

• Remote and onsite troubleshooting.
  
• Updating policies and procedures.
  
• Project management for IT tasks.
  
• Documenting procedures and resolving backup issues.
  
• Monitoring and updating ticket queues.
  
• Building and deploying workstations/servers.
  
• Migrating email to Office 365 and data to cloud storage.
  
• Participating in company marketing initiatives.
  

Requirements:

• Responsibility for tools and willingness to work extra hours when needed.
  
• Availability for weekend work for migrations.
