You will be providing services for Dutchspeaking clients and help them solve any problems or inquiries they might have regarding the product or service offered by the company.
Your tasks:
Receive escalations from customerfacing colleagues and works under strict regulations
Handle complex issues relating to the fulfilment of online orders placed by customers
Ensure a swift and fast resolution for problems occurring during the lifetime of a web purchase (from order induction to item delivery and from handling flavour changes to RMA completion
Provide direction for issue resolution to take the customer out of the loop for complex issues achieving quick customer satisfaction.
What you need:
Fluency in Dutch (must be at least C1)
Fluent in English (at least B2)
Nice to have previous Customer Support experience
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Salary without accommodation: 1298 gross / month
