Job Description

Senior SAS Application Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAS Application Developer with extensive experience in customizing code in SAS including macro programming and integration with external data stores. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Unix and Windows environments with a strong focus on SAS programming and data analytics. You will play a crucial role in analyzing developing coding testing debugging and documenting SAS applications to meet business requirements particularly in regulatory compliance Basel regulations prudential reporting and/or IFRS regulations.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 810 years of handson experience writing customized code in SAS including macro programming and integration with external data sources.
  • Proficiency in working in Unix and Windows environments.
  • Extensive experience as an Application Developer with a focus on SAS programming and data analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of Base SAS Programming and SAS Macro Programming.
  • Ability to analyze develop code test debug and document programming on assigned applications.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliancy requirements Basel regulations prudential reporting and/or IFRS regulations.
  • Experience with SAS orchestration for workflow management and automation.
