Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Linux Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Linux Systems Engineer you will be responsible for enhancing managing and maintaining our operating systems and network solutions with a strong focus on security. You will play a critical role in configuring Linux operating systems using Python and Ansible applying containerization/virtualization methods for optimal performance and integrating new technologies to meet operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance manage and maintain operating systems and network solutions.
  
• Develop and configure Linux operating systems using Python and Ansible.
  
• Implement containerization/virtualization techniques to ensure separation of concerns.
  
• Ensure robust security measures are in place and continuously improved.
  
• Utilize and troubleshoot network technologies such as DNS DHCP HTTP Routing NTP and NFS.
  
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate hardware architectures (x86 PPC GPU) into system designs.
  
• Contribute to continuous delivery processes using GIT Jenkins Ansible and Jira.
  
• Create highlevel designs and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  
• Work within Agile environments (Scrum/SAFe) with a focus on MVP delivery.
  

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5 years of experience in a complex technical environment.
  
• Proven experience as a Linux Developer or similar role in an enterprise setting.
  
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
  
• Familiarity with C/C is advantageous.
  
• Experience with configuration management systems (GIT Artifactory).
  
• Knowledge of hardware architectures (x86 PPC GPU).
  
• Strong understanding of continuous delivery processes and tools (GIT Jenkins Ansible Jira).
  
• Ability to create highlevel designs and comprehensive documentation.
  
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) and MVP concepts.
