As a Project Manager you are expected to drive operational excellence and development with a focus on digitalization automation and selfservice. The development and continuous improvements are carried out together with the Service Delivery department and the Management Team. You will act as the project lead and support the organization with the structure and packaging of activities.
Essential requirements:
Experience in IT management and digital transformation
Strategic capability and skills in business development
Proven track record of executing strategic initiatives and delivering result
Leadership capacity and management skills
Able to see the big picture without missing out on the important details which makes the difference between good and excellent.
Experience in building networks and collaboration with external and internal stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
Proficient in written and spoken English and at least one Scandinavian language
Education: University or equivalent in relevant field
Other of Importance:Ability to travel.
