Job Description
We are seeking 2 project Managers to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting a major pharmaceutical client. You will get the chance to support to 1 of the following projects on the medical insights pillar.
- Support Medical Affairs team with ongoing projects related to Insights main tasks include gather requirements from users offer specific trainings translate these needs into requirements for Salesforce developers. Schedule meetings and prepare presentations.
- dMAP: New project about to start which aims to bring manual steps and documentation in PowerPoint and Shareroom into a digital solution. In this project aim to use the Microsoft suite intensively (Sharepoint Power Apps PowerBI PowerAutomate ). You will not be developing but translating business needs into the language of developers. Document processes (BPMN) review user requirements prepare training materials UAT the solution measure adoption support with data entry and management.
Main Tasks
o To support the project team (Business IT Country Users) with project related tasks by helping with operational project and administrative support
o Analytical skills: observe understand and collect results from interviews/surveys and make proposals on how to address the identified challenges
o Act as contact point for internal customers and leadership
o Oversight ongoing surveys (quality of answers prepare reports etc.)
o Communication tasks: presenting writing and preparing documentation for the project
o When required take over presentations and meetings from project team
o Support measuring the success of the project (define and monitor metrics qualitative feedback from stakeholders etc.)
o Support Training and Change Management
Requirements
o The person should be familiar with pharma industry. In particular experience in Medical projects.
o Fluent in English further languages are highly appreciated (Spanish is a plus)
o He/She will need to present at meetings have intensive internal customer communication.
o Good communication & presentation skills. Proficient command of PowerPoint.
o Intercultural experience in international projects
o Experience creating training materials and training concepts
o Experience in IT projects and software development highlydesirable.
o Strongdrive proactivity with focus in quality. He/she will need to selforganize
o Attention to detail & organized way or working
o Understanding or experience in market research or user experience research (creating conducting and analyzing interviews or surveys) would be of benefit
o Confident with the usage of the following tools would be a plus:
Salesforce
Office suite and in particular PowerPoint to prepare materials
In addition to the specifics above (AI or MS PowerApps Sharepoint)
