Job Description
Position Title: Appointment Setter
Work Setup: Work Onsite
Salary: Php 25000.00 Php 45000.00
Schedule: Monday Friday 10:00 PM 6:30 AM PH Time

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN APPOINTMENT SETTER
Responsibilities as an Appointment Setter:
Contact potential customers via phone and email to schedule appointments for car yard visits.
Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and provide additional information as needed.
Maintain an organized schedule of appointments and ensure timely updates.
Collaborate with the inhouse sales team to ensure smooth transitions from appointment setting to sales handling.
Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns from potential customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications as an Appointment Setter:
Minimum of 23 years of experience in appointment setting telemarketing or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
