Responsibilities:
Develop project plans including scope schedule budget and resource requirements ensuring alignment with company s objectives.
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including design manufacturing and quality assurance to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project deliverables.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Ensure all project deliverables meet Furuno s quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate project documentation including technical drawings reports and correspondence with stakeholders.
Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee the testing installation and commissioning of systems or products ensuring they meet performance specifications.
Monitor project expenditures against budget and identify opportunities for cost savings or efficiencies.
Identify areas for process improvement within project management methodologies and implement best practices.
Min Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering or related technical roles preferably within the marine electronics industry.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g. MS Project Primavera) CAD software and knowledge of engineering principles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead crossfunctional teams towards successful project outcomes.
Full Time
