HR INTERN
The HR Recruiter (Intern) will work as part of the HR team collaborating with business managers to meet the organizations staffing needs. The primary responsibility is to source and identify top talent fill job openings and provide support for various HR functions. Responsibilities: Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meet with managers to discuss needs. Identify top talent using research job boards web searches referrals and industryspecific sources. Utilize platforms like LinkedIn Indeed Naukri and other social media to find and recruit quality applicants. Source screen profiles and shortlist candidates in preliminary rounds. Conduct cold calls to suitable candidates. Manage the entire staffing process including recruiting screening interviewing conducting tests and selecting employees for vacant positions. Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity. Maintain regular followup with hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness in the recruitment process. Apart from recruitment the intern may also have the opportunity to participate in other HRrelated tasks. Required skills MBA in HR preferred. Good presentation skills Excellent written English communication skills are necessary. Strong interpersonal & ability to communicate professionally. Job Type: Internship Contract length: 3 months
