Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The SDR will play a key role in identifying and qualifying leads generating new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with potential clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company while developing valuable skills in sales and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities including cold calling emailing and social selling to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Qualify inbound leads and follow up promptly to understand their needs and determine the appropriate next steps.
  • Research targets accounts and industries to identify key decisionmakers and understand their business challenges.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • Educate prospects about our products and solutions and effectively communicate the value proposition.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team to engage with potential clients further.
  • Stay informed about industry trends competitive landscape and market developments to identify new opportunities.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales business development or customer service role preferably in the software industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
  • Goaloriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Malaysian citizenship or valid work permit.
