We are searching for an exceptional Customer Onboarding Specialist with expertise in web and graphic design along with proficiency in HTML CSS and JavaScript. Key Responsibilities:
- Guide customers in developing and launching their ecommerce sites on the platform focusing on creating engaging visually impressive and userfriendly designs.
- Utilize your HTML CSS and JavaScript expertise to offer advanced customization and styling options within the companys intuitive nocode environment.
- Conduct specialized training sessions for customers helping them leverage our platforms full range of features.
- Address and resolve any technical challenges customers face during the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with the sales and development teams to ensure customer requirements and expectations are met and exceeded.
- Collect customer feedback to refine the onboarding experience and continuously enhance product offerings.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and resources to support customers throughout onboarding.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in web and graphic design as well as updates to the platform to provide the best possible guidance to customers.
- Work closely with sales support and development teams to facilitate a cohesive and positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin to support Chinesespeaking clients.
- Strong proficiency in HTML CSS and JavaScript with a proven track record of designing and customizing ecommerce sites.
- At least two years of experience in customer onboarding support or a similar role focusing on web and graphic design.
- Exceptional communication and problemsolving skills with an emphasis on providing outstanding customer experiences.
- Keen attention to detail exceptional ability to prioritize and efficiently manage multiple tasks and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
