Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of MEP systems including HVAC electrical and plumbing systems.
  
• Diagnose and repair faults in mechanical electrical and plumbing systems to ensure they operate effectively.
  
• Assist in the installation of new MEP systems and components ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
  
• Ensure all MEP work complies with relevant safety standards and regulations.
  
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities repairs and system performance.
  
• Respond promptly to emergency situations providing quick and effective solutions to MEP issues.
  
• Implement energysaving practices and suggest improvements to enhance system efficiency.
  
• Work closely with other maintenance and engineering staff to coordinate activities and ensure smooth operations.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical Electrical or Plumbing Engineering.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP maintenance or a related role.
  
• Proficient in the use of tools and equipment related to MEP systems. Strong understanding of HVAC electrical and plumbing systems.
  
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex MEP issues.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting and collaboration.
  
• High level of precision in maintenance and repair tasks.
  
• Familiarity with the latest MEP technologies and tools.
  
• Knowledge of safety practices and regulations related to MEP systems.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
