Job Description
Posting Title: Mechanical Engineer
Work Experience: 5 Years
Salary:LPA
Location: Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed designs for mechanical systems and components using CAD software. Ensure designs meet all specifications standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee mechanical engineering projects from conception through to completion ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and test prototypes to validate design concepts and functionality. Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including design specifications user manuals and maintenance guides.
- Oversee the installation maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Ensure all mechanical systems and components comply with relevant industry standards safety regulations and quality guidelines.
- Research and implement new technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency and performance of mechanical systems.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including electrical engineers project managers and quality assurance to ensure cohesive project execution.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in a similar industry. Technical Skills: Proficient in mechanical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and other relevant tools. Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
