Job Description
- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries complaints comments feedback and other raising issues related to the companys products
- Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
- Proficient in computer typing skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Good computer literacy
Requirements
- Working shift: Rotational Shift 24x7 (Each shift works 9 hours)
- Must willingly to work on public holidays and weekend
- Must be proficient in Mandarin and English
