Job Description

1. Make appointments and meet partners
2.Establish new partners and onboarding them
3. Serves partner by selling TFG Products.
4. Building partner relationship.
5.Preparing Quotes and submitting on time.
6.Following with Partners on Orders
7.Following up with Logistic for Delivery
8.Ensuring payments are collected on time
9.Conduct market research Should be a quick learner and to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
10.Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and social media
11.Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
12.Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
13.Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
14. Having an interest in always learning new things
15. Any other job assigned by his/her Seniors.
16.Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
17.Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
18.Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

Requirements

1)Communication should be good in both English and Hindi
2)Good Listener and be able to handle the partners well.
3)Should be able to use MS Office and Outlook
4)Should be a quick learner
5)Hardworking taking good initiate in ensuring in sorting issues and closing deals.
6)Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
7)Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
8)Be a Team player
9)Minimum Diploma in Business Management


1)Candidate should be preferably from distribution background experience. 2)Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 3)12+ years of experience in channel management, partner development, or a related role. 4)Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful channel teams. 5)Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills. 6)In-depth knowledge of the Ugandan market and business landscape. 6)In-depth knowledge of the Ugandan market and business landscape.
